The Valatie office was great. Lydia was my main therapist and she was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The office hours were very flexible. No one wants physical therapy, but this is the place to go when you need it.
This is the 2nd time I went for Physical Therapy with this terrific team. Karen and the other staff were professional and careful not to push me beyond what I could handle. Hopefully I will not need therapy again but if I do I will be back to Columbia Physical Therapy!
I just finished my 22nd and final visit of therapy and would like to share my experience. When you arrive at the office, you are greeted by friendly staff members. The office is decorated with seasonal decorations which gives the office a welcome look.The majority of my sessions were with Brooke Allen. I got lucky since Brooke works mainly in the East Greenbush office, and was temporarily filling in. Brooke is extremely knowledgeable. She explained everthing she was doing and was able to answer my many questions. She also provided encouragement at the times I got discouraged. Throughout my sessions she had lots of patience and went as slow as needed with my exercises and never pushed me to do more than I was capable of doing. My last two visits were with Sam. Although I did not spend as much time with Sam as I did with Brooke, she knew the areas that I needed to work on and instructed me to reach my goals.
I had an excellent experience with my therapy!. The therapist that worked with me was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Columbia Physical Therapy!
